The Wilesco D6 steam engine kit D5 is perfect for both hobbyists and steam engine enthusiasts.
It contains all the necessary parts and instructions for building the machine yourself. Assembly is easy and safe thanks to the detailed instructions and high-quality materials. Once the machine is assembled, you can operate it and experience the power of the machine for yourself. The highly polished and nickel-plated brass boiler not only gives the machine an attractive appearance, but also weather resistance and durability. The water level indicator in the form of a sight glass allows you to keep an eye on the water level at all times during operation.
The boiler with a capacity of 135 cm³ and a size of 100 x 45 mm provides enough space for the water and steam needed for the operation of the machine. The flywheel with a diameter of 70 mm ensures a smooth running of the machine. The screwed dome steam whistle can be operated during operation via a special lever. When assembling the lever for the steam whistle, make sure that the lever made of black, heat-resistant plastic points outwards, so that you can operate it during operation without touching the boiler.

Shipments to UK buyers are sent by either Parcelforce or Royal Mail on a 48hour/2nd class service. All orders of value over £100 are sent tracked with the majority of orders under £100 also being sent tracked.
Postage costs to UK addresses are determined by basket total.

Orders are dispatched by the next working day and will not be dispatched on public bank holidays, advertised closure times and over weekends.
RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
Products containing Hexamine (notably, Mamod Waxed Fuel Tablets and Wilesco WiTabs) are now regulated in the United Kingdom and therefore no longer available for purchase by the general public without the correct licence in place. For this reason, both products are available for collection from store only and, at point of collection, can only be supplied to buyers who can produce a valid EPP Licence.

We are currently accepting orders from UK, the EU and a range of countries worldwide. Whilst we ship to many countries, we may not ship to your country. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be unable to checkout.
RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to supply solid fuel tablets to buyers from overseas.
