A complete 21-piece rivet set for the restoration and repair of Mamod mobile steam engines - including TE1, TE1a, SR1, SR1a, SW1 and SA1.
Containing aluminium and copper rivets in the appropriate sizes, the set provides the rivets required for the main engine assemblies, together with additional rivets for models fitted with a sight glass and useful spares.
21-piece set contains:
2.4mm (3/32") Aluminium Rivets – 9
- 3 × Chimney/smokebox to boiler
- 4 × Firebox to engine cowl
- 2 × Spares
3.2mm (1/8") Aluminium Rivets – 6
- 2 × Canopy to support bracket
- 2 × Engine mounting bracket to engine cowl
- 2 × Spares
3.2mm × 8mm Sealed Copper Blind Rivets – 6
- 2 × Firebox to boiler
- 2 × Sight glass assembly*
- 2 × Spares
*The sight glass rivets are only required on models fitted with the applicable sight glass assembly.
An ideal set to keep on hand when carrying out anything from a minor repair to a complete strip-down and restoration of a Mamod engine.
Please note: Mamod specifications and construction methods have varied over the years. We recommend checking the rivet requirements of your particular engine before dismantling or fitting.

Orders are usually sent to UK buyers using either Parcelforce or Royal Mail on a 48 hour tracked service. It is possible to upgrade to a 24 hour service.
Postage costs to UK addresses are determined by basket total.

Shipping
We are able to ship Mamod and Wilesco hexamine-based fuel products through our approved Limited Quantity (LQ) shipping programme.
A £9.99 domestic shipping charge applies to orders containing these products, irrespective of our normal shipping rates or free-delivery thresholds.
By purchasing a hexamine-based product, the customer confirms that it is being obtained for legitimate commercial or professional use.
SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
We are currently accepting orders from UK, the EU and a range of countries worldwide. Whilst we ship to many countries, we may not ship to your country. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be unable to checkout.
RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to supply solid fuel tablets to buyers from overseas.
